Heads Up exists to provide support, strength, and solidarity to men. It provides useful information on wellbeing, including overcome common issues like feeling low and money worries. It has useful hints and tips, as well as where you can access to additional non-judgmental support.

Need urgent support?

Samaritans offers a listening service for those in crisis, who have suicidal thoughts, or just need someone to talk to. For Men to Talk

For Men To Talk: is a community initiative offering both virtual and in-person support. They have regular meetups in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Stockport and online – they also have walking and fishing groups, as well as a dedicated group for men with autism.

The Man Cave

The Man Cave: is a mental health support group providing a safe space for men to openly discuss their mental well-being, share experiences, and seek help. They have support groups in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, and Towcaster.

X-4rce

X-4RCE: is a men’s mental health group which offer weekly groups for men aged 18+ from anywhere in Bedfordshire at their face-to-face venues in Luton and Dunstable. They also have an online group which is open to any male regardless of location.
